The council has held this city back for years, and now they are denying progress of a sports village that would benefit the whole of the city? And you're OK with that? Sorry, but what exactly do you want CTWD to do? Walk around the ground and slap those involved on the wrist? Get a marching band at half time to say they don't agree with the chant?
