Doc, BMD has given the owners 4 names. So he clearly recognises where we are short. I would also fully expect a few to go the other way. Today wasn't good, but we're still 6th=. So not all bad.
I read that he's forwarded 4 names. On the face of it, that's good news. However, as I understand it, a manager usually identifies areas (or positions) that he needs covered, and has a shortlist for each, in case (as often happens) #1 choice is not available. Are these 4 a shortlist for 1 position, or am I getting even more cynical in my old age?
