Staying on topic, its always been United's style to play pragmatic football, a blend of long and short passes. But because of the lack of confidence this season, and gradual decline in ghe quality of central midfielders (add to that, Carrick being a long ball specialist), we're playing more and more hoofballs. The supposedly flair players like Nani, Kagawa and Anderson have failed to live up to their expectations, Cleverly didn't live up to his promise (and Cesc and Modric refused to sign for us, lol) might be why such is the case with United of today. And you can maybe point your finger at Moyes too, but he ain't Pulis nor Big Sam.
