    Love the bloke, he was a great player for us. Had the privilege to watch him grow up & develop as a player.

    So glad he has had the opportunity to play in the Premiership & so good to see him score again <ok>

    I always thought Stockdale looked dodgy from long shots last season.
    Even in the first half, we attempted more long shots than usual so I wonder if it was a specific instruction from Bruce.

    I've read a few reports which suggest the same. Odd considering we scored 6. Was all 6 their defense's fault? I didn't think so from the highlights but without seeing the whole game its hard to say.

    I think Stockdale is a mediocre keeper and is probably the poorest we'll face this season, though he was hung out to dry by his defenders yesterday.

    He made a couple of good saves but, poor defending acknowledged, he should have done better for most of our goals.

    All six goals scored to Stockdale's left, in far left of the goal. Was that inside knowledge from his time with us that he's no good on that side?
