Within reason most will post their thoughts and aspirations or what ever on here. The site is designed to have as many posts and threads as it can. In that it is no different than any other site you will have to have the patience to scroll down to your favorite as a matter of course. Things are quietish on here at the moment and everyone is bored out of their skins waiting for information. We all have to be a bit tolerant of each others boredom and sometimes their inane remarks!

I guess you are buddy I guess you are........Just remember though both served very long bans at times and we really do not want any of that if we can help it do we. This site is more tolerant but even we have our limits. I am of course talking as a poster. Not as a mod now so as there is no misunderstanding to you, or any one else!

Fatletiss I have only ever been to Southsea once and that was before I knew better and while I was still in short trousers with my mum dragging me there screaming. Dyslexic Saint I have really tried to start threads on football matters or to insult our blue friends but to be honest at the moment all possible current football topics seem to have been exhausted and I don't need to upset the Skates as their new owners (do they exist I ask myself?), soon to be ex-manager and unpaid players seem more than able to that on our behalf. So come on rise to the challenge and start a new thread on some really interesting topic to get us all talking about football again.

Well I hope you have a fab holiday, Godders. It's been a long, hard but ultimately fruitful season and we have all erarned a break. I am currently on my hols myself. But All I could afford is a week in South Tyneside, were, many years ago, I first entered this mortal coil. However I moved down south at an early age, otherwise I could have been a Makem or in the Toon Army. Phew, lucky escape!
St Godders, I'm extremely envious, I've got to take my holiday during the football season so will miss a couple of matches. Jen, I spent a couple of years doing a 60+ hour week, so I know where you're coming from. DS, certain jobs involve signing away your rights to less than 48hrs a week, it's just one of those things. I now work in a 'cosy' office, but as I work in IT support attending customer's desks to fix problems on extremely tight deadlines and moving equipment from place to place, it's not exactly cushy - I probably walk 3 to 4 miles a day just within the office buildings that I support. Nuff said I think.
Nothing wrong with St Godders posting about his holiday that I can see. It would be a shame if we could not digress from the footy, and anyway the various rumour threads and supposed ITK transfer news have about as much relevance to Saints as St Godders holiday plans! What I do find strange is that are fewer verbal fisticuffs between the Saints/Pompey boards than within our own. I think Beddytare's observations are wise as usual and why not follow the old adage that if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all.

I am signing off now but just remember that tomorrow night as the sun sets over the Bosphorus I shall raise my glass in a hearty toast to my fellow Saints wherever they may be including dyslexic who is trying to outdo me for billigerence. This is an achievement he cannot reach until he has manage to upset Wooperts-duck and he has been sent to the naughty step by Beddytare. I shall of course leave a short farewell message on the Skate board. Forgive the pun.
