I think Aidy would get Millwall into the play-offs next season and then the sack the following season.

    Congratulations Yorkie

I can understand Colin & Hollowhead, given their overall records, but Aidy - last success and decent team in 2006, sacked from 3 of his last 4 jobs leaving each team in turmoil and trouble. I just don't see it.

Alternatively, just to show statistics can be misleading, Aidy - in his 7 full seasons of management - has taken his teams to a play-off place in 3 of them!

Absolutely, here's hoping that ponsey Malaysian gets his just desserts, a losing team relegated in successive seasons at great personal cost and embarassment.

I took a look at the Cardiff not606 site expecting to see a lot of angry posts, but most seem to be the "he took us as far as he could", "struggled in The Prem" sort of posts, which seem a real contrast to the reaction of their fans at Liverpool last week.
I have never liked Cardiff and I now hope they crash and burn under that little Bond villan owner...

Yes - but he did have good cause. Two awful refereeing blunders cost Liverpool two goals and that match....

Maybe so, but he is not allowed to point that out. Biased reffing is a no go area. Probably cost him a few quid and the club will take his side and pay up.

Most, if not all, of those "struggled in the Prem" posts will be from those "loyal" Bluebirds fans who have climbed on the bandwagon since their relatively successful last few seasons in the Championship and of course their promotion this year. I suspect that there are few of the average 3,000 Cardiff crowd from twenty years ago in the bottom division that would try to make that assertion.

I would have a little more sympathy with Rodgers and the Liverpool players if there was less falling over, simulation and blatant dives that infest the top division these days - which The Reds are as guilty of as the rest. Refs have a very difficult task these days with the cheating that goes on.

True - the Suarez 'penalty' swan dive did little to help his cause, but the number of times such fouls on him are simply ignored by match officials must surely frustrate him into that sort of behaviour. Pulling players back by the shirt is actually against the laws of the game, yet referees appear to believe that everyone does it so it's ok - there's no other explanation for both officials ignoring that incident yesterday, it was blatantly obvious.

There's no end to the class of Mr Rodgers - we've had secret meetings with referees to establish where the lines are, a racist cannibala appointed as captain and now accusations of referees being bent. Still, he's only playing to the crowd. Thank Goodness a decent man like Roy Hodgson was sacked too quickly for the traditions of this wonderful institution to seep into his DNA.

Just watching the darts on Sky and the genius that is David croft is one of the commentary team. Am I the only Watford fan who still cannot listen to the man without wanting to bop him one on the nose?

But the worst decision was made by the Lino not the Ref, yet he choose to abuse the Ref. And who was the worst offender for pulling shirts in the box? -had to be Skirtel. He needs to look at his own team before he starts slagging off everyone else.

Morning all from a very chilly but dry Weston-super-Mare! Why is it, as one gets older, Christmas comes around every three weeks or so, but cold Winter days and nights last forever? <steam>

    Have a good day! <ok>

Morning all from an overcast and chilly bandit country. Relaxing morning and off to see the next installment of The Hobbit this afternoon with daughter who has got a few days off at last.
