Just goes to show how open to interpretation the phrase "for the foreseeable future" is.

I can't say I'm surprised. Hard work and effort will only get you so far in the premier league. Once teams know you are just going to sit back, defend for your lives and hope for the counter, then they basically have a free reign to attack.
You need quality to survive in this league and Cardiff are lacking in this department. If their new man has money to spend in jan then they might be ok, or they could do a qpr and go down without a whimper.

I think this could very well be the tipping point down wards, though it does give a new manager half a season to develop the squad. can't say I'm surprised, he's been a dead man walking for weeks!................<ok>

He won't be out of work long.

Yet again the house of horrors delivers another golden comedy moment. Tan has got the scum by the ghoulies and after sacking Manky I wouldn't be suprised if he picks the ****ing team himself

Tan's a lying **** too. "Not a penny" for transfers in January has now changed to buckets of cash. What a slimy twat of a human being.

Tan's track record in business is to buy up concerns of which he has little or no knowledge (pharmacy chains for example) then pay people to run them. But I find it astonishing that he had no knowledge of the deals going on at Cardiff. Surely he had to sign off on them? If not then he should have been a little more circumspect about the people he chose to run his football club. As others have said for a billionaire his judgment is really suspect.

I cannot imagine that Mackay and Moody weren't operating under some sort of overseer that imposed financial constraints on them. Did they make these figures up? What doesn't make sense is the suggestion that Tan didn't know what was going on yet he took enough of an interest to issue 'suggestions' from the stand. A hands-off yet interfering owner. Weird.
