Let's be honest GY is a ****hole, and GTFC are total pants. We've got the City of Culture 2017 and the Premier League - and they've got 'Kevin from Grimsby' on Strictly. But deserting your home town team to follow a 'big' club? Utter ****ishness of the highest order....eh Tempo?
Just saw someone I know from Winterton went... as a Man Utd fan. Disgusting. Would love to have seen their faces after Meyler's goal but SS were too busy up Moyes' boys' arses to show anything pro-Hull City. Was absolutely disgusted. Dwight Yorke in the studio - Pro Man U Gary Neville in the commentary - 20 years a Man U Player Michael Oliver - Manchester United Referee
I thought we'd been spoken quite highly when we've been on SS, even got an honourable mention in this Man C v Liverpool game for how we played Liverpool off the park. Hardly a surprise who they get in, what would be the options for balance from us? Deano? Brownie? S'not worth getting worked up about I reckon.
What made me narked are all the Herbert's waiting for them to get onto the coach at the end of the game....Sad bastards.
How typical of our **** stewards that Manchester fans were allowed to stand in the gangways, tumble down the steps when they scored onto each other and press photographers, and all our stewards do is help them back into the gangways as before. Perhaps a death or paralysis with accompanying legal action might wake up the complacent overpaid coppers in their 'Command Centre' (chortle) a few yards away.......
Don't really give a f*** about Grimsby Reds but allowing a Tempo-Hull Reds flag in the NE Corner was potential incitement so soon after the club attempted to clamp down on our own We Are Hull City banners, shameful stewarding.
To say nothing about the contents of the North Stand toilets being thrown on to the pitch from the Man Utd crowd!
Drama Queen alert. A few Man Utd fans get carried away when they score and it's all death and paralysis. Mind you it was very, very scary.
Well come on Fez, talk about a hysterical over reaction from the man who called himself Agro. A bit of pushing and shoving and he gets all hissy, wouldn't want him in the trenches with me when it gets tasty. What a fairy.
The point is, that if it happened in the East Sand, we'd have a dozen lads looking at banning orders now. A little consistency wouldn't go amiss.
I must have missed something then. Nothing I saw would warrant a banning order whether you were in the East, North, South or West Stands. A little bit of pushing and shoving( like with the banner incident) and certainly not worth getting hysterical over. Someone getting trampled to death? Have a word. This obviously isn't aimed at you OLM. Mind you I was a fair bit away so maybe I'm not in a position to comment.
I believe they passed the wall and encroached the 'cross this line an you'll be banned' section. No big deal, it just seems there are different rules for home and away fans. Though not everywhere, a mate of mine has just completely a three year ban for jumping over a similar wall at Fulham(when Manucho scored).
To be fair a couple or three of our fans encroached the pitch side to encourage Thudd in the last few seconds as he came to take a corner in the South East corner. The Steward just asked them to move back and that was the end of it. By the letter of the law they should have been lifted, I mean it could have caused a stampede and put the lives of thousands at risk.
City fan low down in E2 giving two fingers to man utd fans and ****** signs thrown out. United fans shoving faces into stewards faces and plods faces constantly yelling abuse making same signs to city fans ignored. United fans crashing through advertising hoardings with a couple heading to the pitch helped back up and back into the stand. if it had been city fans in e1/e2/e3 riot plod would have been hurling them out by the dozen... plod with camera just filming everyone in e1 as usual. While stewards try to stir you out . Grrrr
