The diving, dissent and lack of sportsmanship are a disgrace. They are disgusting and ruining the reputation of English football.
They ruined English Football long before today. Neville is on record for saying Fergie encouraged players to dive after performances in Europe when teams did the same to them. The damage they've done to our game isn't repairable now
This seems to be a very dramatic thread. Was there a lot of controversy in the Hull v Man Utd game today. Is the OP hysterical or stupid? Or is he hysterically stupid? Man Utd certainly didn't invent diving or harassing the referee and if anything both practices are worse outside of English football so I'm not sure how United could be shaming English football by doing poor impressions of what continental sides have mastered. That's clumsily and unintentionally backed up by "District Line's" comment about Ferguson telling his players to COPY the Europeans in cheating! Plus I should add the word "Drogba". There are many worse things English clubs have done to shame the game. Chelsea fraternising with the National Front and the Chelsea fans refusing to applaud their own black players' goals is just one example.
Errrrrr because we're not like that and had a tradition of fair play and sportsmanship which this ManU side does not have. Today we saw 4 different ManU players clearly dive. we saw Rooney lose it and we saw the disgraceful Moyes acting like a 2 year old. Move on prick.
Incorrect. There's been diving in the English game for years, long since before your mum had that one drink too many. Franny Lee was a master diver. Drogba seemed to work hard on the art of diving as he was a great player and a beast of a man but he spent more time chewing turf than Martina Navratilova. Your own Ramires and Hazard currently have very brittle leg bones.
Big bite from a newbie. I stood in The Shed in the 80s and even the most stupid racist mug celebrated Cannoville's goals
Good to know that you go back that far so you'll appreciate how pathetic it is for someone to be crying about a dive when your club has so much to be ashamed about. Also, has to be said that for someone of your age to be revelling in a "bite" on an internet forum is really very puerile. Or is that too bold for a "newbie"?!
I know this is just another poor wum from the site's most peculiar poster but I'd like to think even he sees the hypocrisy. Probably not, but I have hope.

As a fan of another club looking in from the outside, I would like to defend both Man Utd and Chelsea on this matter. It isn't fair to be criticising either David Moyes or Jose Mourinho for their players diving, as all the pundits have been screaming for both of them to try and get hold of a new signing who will hit the ground running.
So because Chelsea had racist fans in the 80s that precludes all Chelsea fans from being allowed an opinion on diving in 2013. QED
Your opinions a bit worthless if you think Luiz is a dive ffs. He got criticized for laughing, which is not against the rules, but there is zero doubt he was kicked.
