Sheikh Shafique: In Brendan, we trust. A draw or even a win will make us a serious title contender. (comment on BBC Football website) Dream on, plastic Mouser!
Which ever twat is writing the commentary on the BBC Football Live web page is about as biased as anyone can be! Everything is being written about from a Mouser's perspective; not one single word of praise for £ity's magnificent tactics. Utterly shocking!
Good game. Close game. I thought Rodgers made a mistake by taking off Coutinho for Moses, but I can understand why he wanted to try and expose that side. Didn't work, though.
I though £ity were good for their win. Never really looked troubled. Sure, Goofy was a threat, but he always will be. If he was truly that great a player, he'd make teams pay for the room he creates, but he doesn't do that often enough. Today, both Gooners and Mousers saw why they cannot win the title. Mousers will probably accept that, now, but I doubt that Gooners will, just yet.
Great game... really pleased how even we made it. Disappointed in the nature of the goals we conceded however! Think we showed today that our points total is no fluke. EDIT: Two obvious disclaimers - City are a far better side; we were never in a title race.
Actually, I thought you did very well. However, and being absolutely brutally honest, the only real threat from you was Suarez and, as I said before, he's going to be a threat to anyone, because he's that type of player. So, as long as you have him you'll always be a threat to teams. But if Goofy doesn't score, I can see teams punishing you, as £ity did. That said, I thought Henderson had a good game, today. He's turning out to be a nice little player.
@OliverKayTimes: Brendan Rodgers says match officials were "horrendous". Expresses surprise that "a referee from Greater Manchester" (Bolton) was in charge Rodgers: "I was surprised that we are playing Manchester and we have a referee from Greater Manchester. Not sure why [that is]." #lfc #mcfc
You're heck of a joker, Tottenham is a tiny insignificant club that no one gives a **** about. Let the big boys deal with their ambitions. You seem to be quite obsessed about it. know YOUR fkin place.

I can see the mighty Liverpool creeping into the Europa League.....replacing Spurs. We are too tired (or not interested) in winning it!.....or anything else by the look of it!!!!!
Roy was moaning on the BBC site about an offside decision and a penalty not given for shirt pulling, I never heard him complaining about Sturridge scoring at Sunderland with his hand or about the shirt pulling by Flanagan at WHL with the game at 0-0....... he is starting to sound more and more like Whinger, Moanrinho and Bacon Face with every passing game. Always the victims.
Before you slate Brendan about his moaning. I think maybe you should have a look at the offside decision. These things happen, it is football, but it wasnt even close. Im proud of my side in matching City today. But at the same time, you cant help but be pissed with that sort of officiating.
What delusion? We're still in with a chance of a top 4 spot, its the delusion in your head that thinks we thought we'd win the league. Now unless you've got conclusive evidence that we ain't in with a chance of at least 4th what would it be?
But that would still mean we finish ahead of Newcastle and Southampton, poor Spurs aren't even on the radar.
True. But think about it.Spurs are playing crap yet not all that many points behind the leaders! Just think......if we could finally get our fingers out and start playing.........
