    It's weird cos neither of them have won a major either and yet neither recieve the same amount of stick for it as Andy Murray

    Nothing at all to do with Murray being Scottish though........

    but at least they have been number 1 in the world at some point, Murray hasnt managed a major or being number 1.

    Scotland will never be able to beat us in a sporting argument until they have their own 1966 to talk about.

    I love it when people try and debate about something they know absolutely **** all about. If you saw Murray versus Roddick on saturday you would know just how good Murray is at Tennis.

    If only Scotland had beat England in 1967 after England had just won the World Cup then maybe we would be able to win an argument. Oh wait..........

    However bad England are we will at least always be able to console ourselves that we are still 10 times better than Scotland.

    We're not all lucky enough to get footballing giants such as Kazakhstan, Andorra, Wales and various others in our qualifying groups most years

    Have England ever came up against a half decent team in qualifying? Everytime you come up against a decent team at the actual tournament then you get pumped

    Scotland have no chance of winning a major footballing tournament.

    England have no chance of winning a major football tournament.

    I think that makes us about equal <ok>
