Giroud's never had a consistent goal scoring touch for him to refind it, he's being true to form with how he's playing, let's not pretend he's been a goal machine for us who just happens to be running into an unlucky spell like as if it didn't happen before!
I don't know what his stats are but I'd bet he scores in more games than he doesn't. I'm not pretending he's a goal machine. What I'm saying is that once he scores again, he's likely to find his finishing touch comes back and he'll start scoring a few more. We all know we need a better striker, that's nothing new. But I wouldn't write Giroud off at all.
Hopefully the worst for Ramsey is a month out max...I don't think the injury is the worse thing to be honest, his form has been dipping over the past few games, and so a breather will do him good for when he returns, and he can start playing to the same level he was for the majority of the season. Plus this also means Wilshere can finally play in his proper position for a while, and we can get the best out of him, as he's being quite wasted being played out wide.
He has a goal per 2.6 games so far this season, so your not far off, 6 games he hasn't scored in that stop you being correct
Kos was in training so he should be in the squad tomorrow. Would still play Verm as he hasn't made any mistakes and Kos might be a bit rusty
Anyone have a clue about when Chamberlain might be back? Read somewhere that he might be back for the Spurs game, but not sure about that.
Latest injury news: http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/team-news-who-is-fit-to-face-cardiff- -Ramsey out for 3 weeks -Ozil has seen a specialist, so no time frame yet -OXO to be back in training next week -Gibbs is also out for 2morow with a calf strain, no time frame on how long more.
From what news I have seen, we will be missing Giroud, Ramsey, Ozil, and Gibbs. Walcott, Wilshere, Rosicky, Monreal, and Vermaelen are all doubts. Ridiculous.
