Couple of good crosses. Sigurdsson into the side netting.

Another really dangerous ball from Rose, but it's behind Soldado and it comes to nothing.

Trouble is we seem more likely to concede than score by the sounds of things...
The goons score 3 in 10 mins and we struggle to get more than 1 at home again in a match...again...think weve only managed more than 1 at home once in the prem this season

West Brom create a good situation with a really simple, straight ball. Corner to them after some panicky defending.

Good corner, nice flick from Soldado and it just drifts wide. Close.

Good move by Walker, somehow breaking away from three players surrounding him, puts through Soldado who loses his man, but his cross is blocked by Olsson.
The Spaniard wants a handball and picks up a yellow hacking down the defender as he protests.

Really disappointed...we needed to kick on after our win at Southampton...had a chance to catch up a little on Everton but have dropped further off the pace with others doing better than us

    Really shocking stuff.
Decision making. Passing. Ball control. Take your pick.

And Stoke will do similar. So don't be too surprised with the result for that game either.

Team selection was wrong at the start and I think that the obvious improvement once it was fixed emphasised that.
Very disappointing result and another one where the stats will heavily favour us, but the score was a fair one.

Eriksen had another decent game, Walker played the whole right-hand side of the pitch on his own until Lamela was introduced and Lloris didn't make any mistakes.
Holtby looked totally out of position, Chiriches was awful, Dawson looks tired, Chadli was poor and looked scared and Sigurdsson was anonymous.

We need to pick a side that makes sense against Stoke on Sunday. They'll be missing players and totally demoralised after their battering by Newcastle and we need to take advantage of that.
We'll be missing Walker though, so Naughton needs to up his game, as do the rest of the defence, though Rose looked good going forward, despite his final ball being a bit off.

  15. Dreadful stuff.

We might be throwing more players forward than under AVB, but we still can't score, plus it makes us even weaker at the back than we were under AVB.

What's worrying me more, though, is that we don't appear to have any stand-out players. All that money blown on very average players.

Think the damage has been done as far as the PL goes.
Stoke will park the bus. Man Utd are getting form together.
We could be 7-8 pts behind the top 5 come Jan 2nd.

4 points off 4th but with a dire goal difference...not feeling very optimistic...so no change ther then!

Defoe was sitting with the rest of the players, but he had regular clothes on. Well, as regular as his get, at any rate.
He was wearing that stupid hat, again.

It's really gutting as before the match there was the vain hope we could be 3 points behind Arsenal tonight.
Then the reality hits, that us and west ham are pretty ****, hence the 8 point gap now.
