Centre-half Danny Collins who has been out with an ankle injury is close to making a return after two months out. QPR will be without Joey Barton as the midfielder serves a one match ban. Karl Henry could replace Barton whilst fellow midfielder Yossi Benayoun could make his first start after coming off the bench against Leicester. Nottingham Forest ⢠Forest have drawn four of their last six matches, including back-to-back goalless draws in their last two games - at home to Ipswich and away to Birmingham. ⢠Forest have not won any of their last five matches played at the City Ground, drawing three and losing two of those games. ⢠They have lost two of the 12 matches played in front of their own supporters this season. QPR ⢠Rangers lost their first home fixture of the season when they were beaten by Leicester on Saturday. ⢠But they have kept a clean sheet in three of their last four matches, only conceding to Leicester on Saturday. ⢠QPR's 2-0 win at Blackpool in their last away fixture ended a run of five away games without a win. ⢠In 10 Championship away matches so far this season they have only twice scored more than one goal. ⢠They have scored exactly one goal in six of their 10 Championship away matches so far this season. On three of those occasions it has been enough for a 1-0 victory. The Managers Davies v Redknapp please log in to view this image V please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Been to this ground 4 times. A bogey ground for us. I saw us loose 4 - 0, get two players sent off, stand in an uncovered terrace in hard rain and then hassled and threatened all the way to the station - where the trains were cancelled and we had to hitch hike home. Have we ever won here? Please Harry - break this today.
The one time I was certain we would win and I headed off to the City Ground. 24 Feb 1993 Forest were relegation fodder, but being QPR we did our usual and gave up a 1-0 defeat. Gutted! Here's hoping we break the hoodoo today.
Yet again very nice preview for tonights game. I am very positve after the unexpected (undeserved) loss last Saturday and do stronly believe we will get another 3 points when it matters. I must admit that Burnley and Leicester were strong sides and that our team has to show a little more passion and skills when it matters. Anyway, I predict a 3 - 1 tonight.
Thanks for the manager photos QPR999s..... Just looking at the preview whilst at a family get together, when my dear old mum looked over my shoulder! Trying to explain to all why I'm looking at women in swimwear! Luckily my sister used to manage a nursery that Sharon Davies kids used to attend so used this as a subtle segue........
Something similar happened to me whilst I was searching for the pictures Sku. My niece and nephew are over for Boxing Day dinner. The photo's that google displayed for a 'Sharron Davies' search were a tad ordinary for the MD thread. So I searched for 'Sharron Davies naked' and a whole concoction of filthy images appeared, just as my young relatives came over to see what I was doing. They now think that 'Good old Uncle Nines' is a depraved pervert.
It'll be interesting to see how we shape up without Joey, surely he'll play Henry, a proper defensive midfielder, in the DM role which may give a little freedom to the more creative players...

9s, you really should not have gone to the bother. Most men do not want to see naked pics of Sharron Davies, trust me.
Well Zamora's never going to score is he? ( He say's in the vain hope of inducing 'commentator's curse.' )
Great lineup! Chuffed to bits to see Zamora back. Have a good feeling we'll break our City Ground hodo.
And we let chevanton go and hitchcock is out on loan. Muppetry of the highest order. With Austin out this was chevs time to shine Zamora? Jesus wept
Greetings from a sparsely populated Rs end at the City Ground, but a lot still in the bar. Austin hamstring gossip says. Bench looks stronger than the team.
Todays results should spur us on to get back on top tonight and since JB is not playing we will finish the game in complete strengh - 3 -1 will be the outcome.
