hard to see us getting back into this one but holding onto the ball would be a start! Hernandez and Bony on for Routledge and Vasquez
Routs has been disappointing this season so far. Also Tremmel isn't showing anywhere near the kind of form he was last year. Were missing key players and it's showing all over the park.
Lol Stereo - we're **** all over the pitch and you pick on the one guy who's tried to get us back into the game. Changes ust be made second half if Laudrup wants to get anything from this game. I'm expecting 3-0. Men against boys right now. We need to step it up.
Chelsea have not got out of 2nd gear yet. We at three quarter way in the first half had 58% of possession but it was Chelsea who had all the shots. I expect Chelsea to go up a gear in the second half and win the game with ease. We need all the luck we can get like a penalty or a sending off to give us any chance, poor tactics and we leave key players on the bench.....not good enough...
Gutless performance yet again against a talented but impotent Chelsea. JDG came on and immediately we upped the tempo. He defended well too so haters take note. Bony came on too late - must blame Laudrup for that I'm afraid. It's almost as if he knew we wouldn't get anything and has targetted the Villa game. Not the right approach imo. Lastly - worst game ever for Routledge in a Swans shirt, and Donnelly must be better than Vasquez. He just must be.
Easy win for Chelsea who were well in control and a stark contrast how we played and won with virtually the same players last time..I must check the odds for two welsh teams getting relegated together this season...
Defended pretty well but we were far too negative all game imo. Offered nothing going forward. JDG improved our output when he came on late but Bony was only introduced with less than 15 to go. Not good. In truth Chelsea created enough to win by 6. Very fortunate to keep our GD looking OK and the fact that every other result went our way.
Well the commentators said that Huw came out and said there will be funds available. 1 wing and 1striker please!
Swans are far from relegation fodder. You forget we have played like this all season and are 11th place with just a -1 goal difference. We are in very little danger of dropping out of the league. I also disagree with others who say that Chelsea should have scored more because they were pretty toothless up front with poor shots on their part.
I'm afraid that about sums up todays tactics from Laudrup, I think it's very much back to the drawing board for the Swans this season...................
