In response to the demise of football thread, what about the introduction of bonus points for perhaps scoring 3 or more goals in a game, or winning by 2 clear goals or more. Thoughts or any other suggestions?
IMO it's not broken so no need to fix it. Just start playing football like men rather than pissballing about with the ball for 90 minutes.
Not for me. Maybe the team with more away points should finish higher in the case of tied points but no real need for it IMO.
I would maintain the status quo - I think the extra incentive for a win was factored in when the change was made to award 3 pts instead of 2 pts. I remember playing 5 a-side football when a point used to be awarded for a corner kick.
