Man Utd have a few key players out and / or doubtful. Hull City will be unchanged again. IMO Fulham on saturday is far more important than this game. I would swap a win against Fulham for a defeat today in a heart beat. But knowing Hull City it could well be the reverse. Lol. The early kick off allows and afternoon watching Jeff Stelling and the chaps. Today he has No Merson or Nicholas. Wont miss the southern twonk but Charlie is allows great value.
A sellout in our 25,586 stadium doesn't of course mean we would have over 25,000 in any case. Think we hold fhe record for biggest percentqge of seats as segregation, though the police seem to manage with "only"600 pr 700 nowadays. No doubt every ground regulation will be upheld today apart from the one stating away fans are not allowed in home sections.
That's that then. Hardly worth going except for those who will be in the ground early to drool over their big stars but leave early no matter what the score is or how the game is poised.
25,009 is the PL record so far. When Liverpool came in the final game of 2009/10 season. No reason why that could not be bettered IF the elf and safety clowns showed some proper common sense/
Expect the usual turds down at the bottom 20 mins before kick off to get phone pics of Utd's 'stars'. If only we had some local Premier League 'stars' eh?
The number of photo takers will decrease over time until we become established and then it will take off again. You could plot it on a graph and it would look like a V shape over time
I hope so. I just don't understand why if we play Palace, Villa or Newcastle, these people sit in their seats and read the programme, yet if it's Man Utd or LFC, they're down at the bottom with a boner on. Could it be....no it couldn't be, surely?.....no, could it be that they're really Man Utd or LFC fans deep down?
Well this is a small disaster, im incredibly hungover and have woken up thinking its a 3pm kick off, balls
