Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you, and your families have an amazing day. I don't know if you know, but its Gary McAllisters birthday today, he's 49. When Macca joined Liverpool in 2000, at the age of 35, it was a very shrewd signing for them. His last minute goals for them (four I believe) nudged them fractionally above us, giving them the last European place. Unfortunately, that caused the beginning of the end. Anyways, its Christmas, lets talk about nicer things!!! Who has opened their pressie's yet? McDermott is making the Leeds players train today. He says the players can have their Christmas in May . Won't the turkey be a bit dry and rubbery by then? Who agrees with McDermott? Leeds visit Bloomfield Road tomorrow (reminds me LID, is there a match thread coming?). Paul Ince's men have lost their last four matches. Does that keep their confidence down, or are they due a win!!! Look at Watford... Striker Ricardo Fuller and centre-back Gary MacKenzie have both been rated doubtful for the Leeds clash with hamstring injuries, but midfielder Angel Martinez is available for selection again following a two-match suspension. McDermott has to decide whether to replace the suspended Murphy with either Tonge or Michael Brown! Scott Wootton has recovered from an ankle complaint and could feature as Zaliukas is struggling with an injury caused at the Barnsley game that saw Tugay sent off. Leeds have not won away at Blackpool since 1967, although that is only a run that stretches back three meetings. We want to hear all your cracker jokes, in law jokes, and Christmas funnies. Merry Christmas everyone
Morning and Merry Cliffmas Mr Back (Elland to his mates). Can't help feeling having to train on Cliffmas day is a bit hard, but they get well paid & they'll no doubt have a bit of dinner with their families later. On who should play, I would certainly have Brown playing, as we need some steel. On jokes, how many letters are there in the alphabet? 25. The Angel said noel!!!! How does Santa like his Pizza? Deep pan crisp and even (sing it, it makes more sense if you do)
Morning gents. Prefer mcds approach to warnocks last year. Something to the effect that he'd always given players Xmas days off. Mind you, an extra days training wouldn't improve warnocks squad anyway. Doctors, nurses, firemen etc all work today for average money so for 10k a week, it won't hurt our lads too much. Looking forward to tomorrow's game. Seems ages since we've been on live. No small kids in our house anymore so miss the excitement of Santa calling. I still managed to nab an ipad air for myself
merry xmas everyone (now who said that?) i see brum are looking to get up to five players in so maybe Burke will be for sale .no jokes i'm afraid she has just gone to her sons and no pressies today lol.all i want for xmas is some skill and pace in the side, take care guys and don't forget Mrs Brown specail tonight it's class.
Merry Christmas one and all, hope you all got what you were wishing for but lets all think of the less fortunate than ourselves.. some poor bastard will be unwrapping a Millwall shirt this morning.. or even worse a ticket for their next match
Morning All Think it's a bit harsh to make them train on Christmas Day but with a game tomorrow I can see the logic behind it. To replace Murphy for tomorrow's Tonge over Brown. Haven't opened presents yet, it going to be a 2 0'Clock affair for me just waiting for my sister and brother in law to come over from Bolton.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANKYOU to PenshawDave for all his hard work all year. It is really appreciated, and enjoyed by hundreds of people. Keep up your good work.
Morning All, and a very Merry Christmas! So McDermott's got them in training this morning? Bit harsh. Just because he's on a great scoring streak doesn't mean to say he should be able to boss the team about like that! (This will never end, Elland. LOL). Just opened my pressies. Bought them all for myself, so no surprises. Went on to Amazon & bought about 50 Tiger, Victor, Valiant & Hotspur annuals. Mostly for 1p plus £2.80 postage. Can't wait to start reading them. They served me well on a Christmas morning for many a year. All I need now is to find the tube of smarties ....
Dave Jones is on twitter give him a call. Now go away, daughter bought me GT 6 for the PS3. Will see everyone in a months time when I have completed it.
