No Shock to anyone. A shame but if i were in Jimmy's Shoes (boots) I wouldn't give up a £45,000-a-week contract.

Just shows how silly Hull were with their money.

    All the best Jimmy.

Ha! True. The lure of the Prem may be too tempting, but they won't offer him anything near £45,000 a week. Would they?

Also why don't hull want him to play for them? If they can't shift him they might as well use him.

Or even better send him on a season long loan to us again.

Well - basically Jewell has done the right thing here.#

Unlike Magilton with Nugent, and Keane with Chopra ( helllooooo !! ) he is prepared to move on.
Obviously a deal at this moment in time cannot be done for Jimmy, which is fair enough - there will be interested parties for sure !

    HOWEVER
If nothing else comes in, he could very much come back to us on loan again for similar terms I would imagine.

Hull can hardly afford ( nor can any club ) to pay a player £45,000 in this division. So see what happens, and if Jimmy hasn't gone anywhere I would very much expect us to be linked with him again late August....
