I've gone all merican for Boxing Day, doing pulled pork. It's marinating now. Did a rub of smoked paprika and molasses and salt. Then tomoro treacle and bourbon added. Then pasting it with more paprika and olive oil on the day of the cook.. I looked up a load of American recipes and did a mix of different ones I found.
