Not confirmed but sounds like it's just tying up the loose ends from what i've read. Bruce has been talking to him according to the English press and we've agreed a fee according to the Korean press. Sounds like it's most likely going to happen.

Wierd that Ellis Short's got loads of business worth billions in South Korea. He owns the Korean bank for goodness sake. So on first glance this does look like an investment rather than a signing, but I'm hoping it will be both. I would love it if he suprises us all and can actually play a bit.
