Judo thanks for the report. For me I thought it was just another case of not taking chances, first half we had the opportunity to get our noses in front (O'neil passing it to the guy on the line what !) which if we had would have forced Leicester to change their tactics. Pearson played how you would expect to play away, trying to hit us using the bags of pace they have. Second half was disappointing, personally I thought Kran was good in the first half poor in the second and would have switched him with Ben early on. Vardy look really good hats off to him, surprised when he was subbed.
Are you still here...make no mistake, I'm heading over to your board to f**k of your fans for the rest of the season...You cant ban me because of what you have done here. would make you a total hypocrite if you did..even though we already know the truth... So why dont you line up Pearsons success, achievements, experience and anything else...and put them up against Redknaps..? Second rate manager who's been over looked by the big clubs for a reason...You work it out, youre a clever boy
"Overall nobody really took the game by the scruff of the neck and did anything special for us." This is the thing the team has lacked throughout the season to date and, in my opinion, the primary reason why largely 1-0 results have been ground out through a war of attrition. The team needs an imperious playmaker, pulling the strings and making things happen. I know there's a predictable two-word response to this beginning with A and T, but I agree with Redknapp's philosophy of having players with the right attitude.
Nic and mature of you kiddo. So far we've had Nigel Pearson being a sex offender and everyone in Leicester being gay and incest. Come on, up your game.
Contrary to the opinions of a number of my colleagues, I think Nigel Pearson is a good manager and has pretty good statistics to back this up.
I happen to agree, even though there is some truth in what Swords says about he having a type of head that you wouldn't get sick of slapping.
Harold's already had his head slapped, you can tell just by looking at it. It was part of his role with Milan Mandaric and Daniel Levy to be slapped weekly, in return for presents for Rosie.
I tend to agree as well, a few high profile managers have been to Leicester to no avail but looks like he is doing a great job for them.
He must have been one of Milan's longest serving managers to be fair, most get a season and then the sack
Thanks for the round up Judo - great job. With all the feedback from the game it seems to expose our limitations - namely to put away our chances and to control the game sufficiently from midfield while our plethora of midfielders neither create enough chances or contribute to the scoring. Kranjcar hasn't given us the edge we hoped for; we need a creative midfielder with the (date I say it?) right attitude the club is looking for. We do lack in good quality attackers to accompany Austin (who is doing a great job so far) - but this is not my priority concern over the creative midfielder. Missed out on a great opportunity to build a gap and have teams worried about us. Others will see us as vulnerable and beatable now. That's a big advantage lost in my view. Onward and upward, we can still improve and win the league!
Judo echoes most of my comments, which you disagreed with. You just say anything that pops into your head dave. Judo...........cheers for that mate. Not far away from my musings. Totally agree about Ned needing to return. What people forget is that his pace allows us to play a much higher line and pushes the whole side further forward.
