People ask, why are we struggling. For me he is the root cause, he's simply too slow to play at this level so he gets beaten to the ball he can't get forward and he struggles to track back so he just stands in no mans land waving his arms around and making sure his hair hasn't moved.

    He is a terrible footballer.

His primary role seems to be to argue with the ref.

Shouldn't be in our match day squad never mind first 11.

He obviously has something written into his contract that he has to play every week.

He's out of contract in the summer, we should get rid in January even for a nominal fee. Cabral and Bairn even are better options surely. Get Ndayie back from loan too.

in answer to the op. fcuk knows. it is bewildering. he's had a few good games of late but can;t cross a ball for shoite and is too slow to read the game/get the ball forward quickly enough.

i hope Hull pay us 10 million for him and Danny Graham...

The simple answer is there is no-one better. He is not good enough but then again neither are: Johnson, Gardner, Colback, Dossena, Celustra, Altidore or JOS who are also regularly in our first 11.

It comes to something when Phil Bardsley has been one of our best players this season.

We have a few players good enough: Brown, Bardsley, Catts, Ki, Giacc, Fletcher and that's about it, if were signing people in the window they have to be at least as good as and if not better than those 6 or whats the point.

I have been saying it for ages we have too many squad players and not enough quality.

I ****ing hate this - Why not tell us your opinion and how you came to the conclusion rather than just opening a page for everybody to put theirs on.

Or can you not type any more words

Much better option in CM than Gardner.

Doesn't do much wrong, but doesn't do a lot of good.

His set pieces have drastically improved in recent weeks and his passing range has also improved.

Certainly not the problem, but not part of the solution

Right now I'd keep playing him as part of our 3 cm's

Also: I'd give him a new contract
