    That is a delicacy where I live, in fact we have Stilton with nearly everything. One of the local breweries has actually produced a Stilton flavoured ale....tastes like ****e.

    Is sushi the one that is actually cooked fish but everybody thinks its raw, and Sashimi is actually the raw one? Or is it the other way around.

    Thoughts?

    This a great Vietnamese curry:

    Vietnamese yellow curry is similar to Thai red and green curry, but instead uses turmeric as its primary flavoring agent. There are quite a few ingredients involved, but the preparation is actually pretty easy.

    Recipe:

    Ingredients

    * 5 cloves of garlic
    * 1 lemon grass stalk
    * 1 inch knob of ginger
    * 3 tablespoons of curry powder
    * 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
    * 1 cup of coconut milk
    * 1 - 2 cups of water
    * 1 medium onion
    * 1 lb chicken thigh
    * 2 medium white potatoes
    * 3 carrots
    * salt
    * fresh pepper
    * 1 chili pepper
    * olive oil

    Prep the marinade:

    * crush 2 cloves of garlic
    * mince 1 tablespoon of lemon grass (bottom end)
    * grate 1 tablespoon of ginger
    * 2 tablespoons of curry powder
    * 1 tablespoon of sugar
    * 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
    * 1 teaspoon of salt
    * 1 lb of chicken
    * 1 sliced chili pepper

    Preparation:

    * Cut carrots and potatoes into bite sized pieces
    * Bruise the lemon grass stalk
    * Mince 3 tablespoons of garlic
    * Cut onions into wedges

    Stir-Fry

    * stir fry the onion wedges
    * add 1 tablespoon of curry powder
    * add the minced garlic
    * stir fry for 2 minute
    * Add the chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes



    Adjust any seasonings accordingly

    * too creamy - add water
    * too watery - add coconut milk
    * not salty enough - add fish sauce
    * too salty - add water/coconut milk to dilute
    * not sweet enough - add sugar

    ALL these ingredients can be purchased in Surrey so Man Utd supporters have no excuse to not try this.

    Sushi can include cooked and/or raw fish.

    Sashimi is just raw fish , without any rice or seaweed.

    I prefer sushi.

    Thoughts?

    Ha I have tried Stilton Ale before, not sure who brewed it, but it wasn't up to much.

    Safe to say I will not be drinking that again.
