I find this puzzling: I've had several cards from friends in Hull, reaching me with Sheffield postmarks on their envelopes. What gives?
Our sorting office is now in Sheffield, Yorkshire.. Slightly strange as the Post Office still believe that there is a place called North Humberside?
The Post Office don't recognise any Counties in their address system, be they real or imaginary. The problem crops up because they include former County and administrative area names in the database files (paf) they sell, and some companies wrongly use those old names in their systems.
A letter posted in Hull to someone else in Hull goes to football graveyard Sheffield to get sorted and then comes back here to get delivered?!?

Letters go to Sheffield now to get sorted because it's more 'efficient' ( not if there is bad weather though )
Does Mussy still go on CI ? I know he stopped posting on here because we were promoted, but i never got that. How would him not posting on here, make a difference ?
Ye he goes on CI. No one got it kempton. He went on AN for a bit too. Think he wanted to look manly and walk off into the sunset and support York/Ferriby/Scunny but couldnt do it. So after making a big statement and being condescending to us all on here he couldnt go through with it and renewed his season pass fo the best league in the world!!!! Thats it isnt it Mussy? Did i miss out?
