What year did these Christmas memories occur? 1) A crowd of 24,335 watch Norwich draw 3-3 with Ipswich thanks to Keith Robson's equaliser. 2) Darren Huckerby's signing is announced before the game as City beat Forest 1-0 live on telly. 3) In an incredible game, Norwich finish up losing 5-4 against Coventry. 4) Efan Ekoku is amongst the scorers as City beat spurs 3-1 5) Dale Gordon scores as the canaries beat West Ham 2-1 in their first ever televised match. 6) Bryan Gunn breaks his leg. 7) Two David Nielsen goals are amongst the strikes in a 5-0 away win against Sheffield Wednesday. 8) A young Teddy Sheringham scores for Millwall but City run out 6-1 winners at Carrow Road. 9) Simeon Jackson scores a last minute equaliser to give Norwich a share of the spoils against Fulham 10) A week after getting thumped at West Brom, City are humiliated 6-1 away to Port Vale. 11) A class finish from Huckerby leads to a 2-1 win over Burnley. Cue premature calls for a promotion push. 12) City beat CEYMS in their first competitive victory. 13) Norwich sit top of the top division at Christmas 14) An 8-0 win at home to Walsall gives City a fantastic Christmas present. 15) Another abject display at Selhurst park leaves Norwich leaving with a 3-1 defeat. Things are soon to get much worse. 16) A third defeat in four to a Brighton team featuring a young Bobby Zamora and Steve Sidwell means the promotion push isn't looking so good. 17) Wins over Huddersfield and Millwall are just the start of a long run of consecutive victories.
