you know his old contract would had expired in 3 seasons ? not to mention the possibility of the existence of a clause to extend it a year further too
thus am not sure signing a new contract will make liverpool in a better position to ask for more money, RVP had one year left , totally different subject really ..

beside am sure there is a clause if Liverpool didn't qualify so he can leave, can liverpool write more than 50m? i highly doubt Suarez will accept it.. especially after how they tried to manipulate his clause in the old contract, am sure this time he will set things right ... so bottom line Liverpool will receive same money, only difference is that he have to pay more wages , so where is the good news? imagine if he get a serious injury ? they will have to pay this stupid wages for years and win nothing extra in the other hand bcz his old contract would had put them in the same position anyway

remember that Suarez is as liability as Barton, how many clubs will be ready to pay 50m if he was banned again for a season or half?

am not sure really how some think it is a good news ?

No way will he be moving now. He looks like he is enjoying his footy again and when was the last time he dived or cheated? I think he has stopped trying to act the victim now and wants to be loved. He will always be a diving cheating **** though. If he really wanted to force a move signing a new deal is not the right way to go about it, maybe he can leave if they don't make Champions league it might trigger something in his contract but who knows.

hhhhh. you know that Suarez old contract will had expired by jun 2016?yes whether Liverpool had an option to extended further by a year or not , is a different matter and I said it was hypothetical, but some sites did said his contract is due to expire in 2017not 2016, so who knows.. anyway, where did i get it wrong pls?
if you didn't qualify for CL, pls tell me how having 2 seasons left or 4 would had made any difference? !!? if you know such a case happened before, pls I challenge you to post that case here and prof me wrong

at the end you will get same money anyway, only difference you will pay more wages now .. and worst if he get a long term ban or injury , liverpool would be in deep sh!t.. so pls tell me again where is the good news?

Well I got to read your posts, I mean you actually repeated some of it and is was as funny as the first time! That's good news I suppose.

If you live in the world where you truly believe what you've just written I'll leave you there to play.

The rest of us, including the more sensible of your brethren get why this was a win win deal.

At least Matth came from an angle that didn't resort to straight out denial lol.....

Didn't we keep him because of that very contract? Yes....you're not very good at this you know...

Now if only Fellani had signed a new contract last year you'd have saved yourself some pain eh?

let us look to the bigger picture, you will not get more money if he wanted to leave next season instead you will only pay more wages, not to mention he now must had made his clause clear enough to leave after Liverpool challenged his old clause legally, so pls explain how that is can been seen as a good news?

Big clubs don't have to go to the press to beg their player to stay. They announce a deal will be done and the next day it is. <ok>
