Works hard, has a lot of pace about him and can score goals (not prolific mind). I wasn't fully convinced when we signed him but I have to say, like Ki, Borini has well grown on me and I'd play him over Johnson personally on the left or the right as he offers more as an attacking force. Wonder what sort of money Liverpool would want for him if we did?
I'd take him for around £6m, subject to the usual on wages. Very decent player, but yet to show he's absolutely top drawer.
6m and in sure we'd bite your hand off. doubt he will be in our plans next season so I expect he will be allowed to go.
He's hard working, runs the channels well, nippy and confident in his own ability. really would like to see him lead the line himself in his natural position but as a wide man of the front three his done alright, see how does the rest of the season and see what liverpool want for him but It's looking promising and should do to anybody who's willing to allow signings to settle. Noticed after the spurs game a few were questioning his consistancey but so far so good for me like. Scored two very very important goals.
Yeah good points bri, but is he a super sub kinda player tho?? He's started a couple games and never looked very good or had much if an impact IMO..
Just think he needs time to adapt to the pace, Although he's played for 3 English clubs, he's barely played this league. He's done great in italy but like Giacc he needs to come to terms with having less time on the ball. He's not look the best when starting no, Jurys out like, more time needed for me.
Not had time, getting sorted for christmas fella, visitors coming and what not, only been on here 10 minutes here and there. Spent my last hour doing the online christmas food shop, heads battered. Harness his energy and excitement a little and we would have a deadly finisher, trying to do two things at once in the box is hampering his game.
