There I was thinking that he was not the best forward I have ever seen! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-25297600 Of course there are plenty of others who do not always hit the target and he might have done nothing wrong.
Speaking to an Ipswich supporting friend he did say Campbell was going in for tackles right from the off baring in mind he is a centre forward and just walked off when booked... Just hope this isn't another sorry tale of modern day football.
I don't condone match fixing - it's cheating, immoral and totally unnecessary for people already earning more in a month than most of us do in a year. However, humans are a fraguile species at times and if the bookmakers were greedy enough to commit an environment under which such fixing can occuir often unnoticed then they have only themselves to balme. Let's be clear about this - how many players do you reckon are picking up a card here and there, giving away needless throw ins or corners etc and making a couple of grand out of it but getting away with it as they're not being stupidly greedy? A few I'd say.
OK all you fans out there, I will do what I want and you can crawl back under your rocks. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/25341248

You just beat me to it Bloother. The man is a nutter. Fit and proper to own a football club? Felt cross at the time that Malky left, but after the Baz affair and the way he has been treated in Wales, I feel much more mellow about him these days.
Maybe/maybe not - from what's been reported, the Pozzos may have been planning this change for a couple of weeks anyway.
Taken from the Birmingham Mail. Mackay is third favourite for the West Brom job behind Gianfranco Zola, who quit as Watford boss on Monday, and Molde's former Manchester United star Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
I read that - maybe Zola did jump before being pushed which is a credit to him in a way. Most would have hung around for the compensation. As for Malky - he cannot lose in this situation - the real losers are Cardiff fans seeing their club messed around with.
Aidy chopped again. He cannot have listened hard enough to his own hype. I still think he was lucky when he was at the Vic. and although some still hold him in a degree of esteem I think he was over rated.
I just think some of these people are the thuggish aggressive types who'd cause trouble regardless of who they were TBH. Some just don't think about their actions..partly because they will get away with it.
Another multiclub ownership in the pipeline? http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/25536327 Shouldn't be allowed of course. Where is that pillock from the Mail when you want him?
