I'm not quite sure what the issue is. If there is to be a coherent response to football issues and fan behaviour, having one body to look at the problems, share information and be a point of contact makes sense. If Celtic did or didn't say the backed this makes no difference to me. Bottom line is, if you are not a ****wit and you don't do ****wit things at football games, then you've got nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, ****wittery & football go hand in hand for some and they tend to be the pricks who complain about this because they weren't told 'no' often enough as a child.
