Its shocking, the one article said that it could rise to 50 million with add ons. I must have missed the memo that detailed how much they spent. I also probably wouldnt give him any more money in January but if they dont stay up they are ****ed

Andreas Cornelius (£7.5m, from FC Copenhagen)
    John Brayford (£1.5m, from Derby)
    Simon Moore (Undisclosed, from Brentford)
    Steven Caulker (£8m, from Tottenham)
    Gary Medel (£11m, from Sevilla)
    Kevin Theophile-Catherine (£2.1m, from Rennes)
Peter Odemwingie (£2.25m, from West Brom)

Liverpool v. Cardiff City kicks off @ 12.45pm and Live on BT sport saturday(for those who have it and are not going to Wba).

A bad defeat for CC and MM could be toast by the time we finish @ Wba. Twt as always.

The bookies now have Mackay at 1/4 to do one next.

With Fat Sam in second at 8/1.

Maybe the Cardiff team bus will drop MM off at the Hawthorns on the way back down the M5 back to Cardiff ? Lol.

I don't get how the owner can blame the Head of Recruitment for over spending by £15m. Surely the owner signs the cheques

Just to add my take on laudrup as it was discussed earlier. For me he is one of the best mangers we have had. He took our possession football that Martinez had instilled, then carried on by Sousa and Rodgers, and made it far more attacking.
Under Rodgers we used to pass along the back for the sake of passing, it was very boring to watch at times but it was our first season in the prem so was understandable.
Someone commented above saying how our wingers cut in a lot more now which is bang on. We still play the passing game, but it's with a lot more purpose.
Granted we concede more goals now but we also score a lot more.

Laudrup took us from 11th in the prem to 9th and also won a cup, giving us a route to Europe.
We have been far from our best this season but we have qualified for the knockouts in Europe and currently sit 10th. So not bad considering.
Europe has taken a major toll on our small squad this season and the constant rotation is showing in our games as our players never get time to gel.
We've been plagued with injuries to the likes of Michu, bony and Hernandez (our most creative winger) all out for considerable time but are now starting to get a full squad available again (although dyer looks to be out for some one after just hitting form).

I think laudrup would definitely warrant a bigger job. He's won a major cup with ourselves and before us he took another unfashionable club in getafe to the uefa quaters, getting knocked out by bayern Munich on away goals only.

On a final note, bony has scored something like 9 goals in 18 appearances with only 14 or so starts. Again not to bad considering.

Sorry for the long post, just thought I would give my views on it :)

Yeah I like Laudrup too, along with Zola he always comes across as a decent fella. He's also done a bloody marvellous job with you too. In fact, it's probably fair to say that Swansea is who we're hoping to emulate. Except when we're playing Cardiff of course, we like the 3 points...:D

That is what the bookies and the so called media experts in the know are saying. MM last game as Cardiff manager could well be @ Liverpool on saturday. Any defeat and a drop into the bottom 3 before Xmas could well see TAN pull the lever.

If it does happen I cannot wait to see who gets the job ? Tea Lady deserves a promotion btw.....

Cardiff fans fearing the worst IF MM does go.. I wonder what the players will feel about it all as well. They all are close and playing for MM but a new manager under the Tan influence ? Hhhhmmmmmm

Malky Mackay FAILS to turn up for the Live press conference. SSN and the worlds media let down. Lol.

Hardly a shock. Did anyone seriously think that MM would take todays press conference.

Will his seat on the plane to Liverpool now be cancelled. Media crews onway to Cardiff airport by all accounts. Lol.

Cardiff have told all journalists to not tweet/report online during press conference. Have to wait until Malky Mackay has finished.

He's gone. Apparently a 'flailing sack' was seen thrown out the back if the training ground yesterday and kicked until still by the painter & decorater team who were doing up the managers office.

Nothing LIVE is being allowed out of the press conference. Has he gone or not ?

All eyes and media focussing on Cardiff airport now.

    Reckon he's gone.

Hope he pushed that coward **** Tan to the point of sacking him.

Who would go to that batshit place?

They're slightly more mental than us.

Alot more mental than us. Allam is staying well clear of football matters thankfully.

Vincent Tan will be the next manager of Cardiff City. Have 10p on it. Lol.
