OT. You Probably Had To Be There

Morning hellfucks. Had a sicky yesterday. Bowels a little loose and a head full of catarrh. Scream in The Cheese on Tuesday night. On the Monday evening, Vicky came into the Cheese from work with a ****ing stupid furry hat with antlers on it, with a sign saying "Happy Christmoose". It was a WKD give-away which the landlady at the Cheese had given her. I told her to take the stupid ****ing thing off and not show me and her up (#christmasspirit).

I went in On Tuesday evening and Denice (landlady) was behind the bar. There were about 15 people in and that night was the staff Christmas party in there. I told her she was a Geordie ****pig (term of endearment) for giving Vick that stupid ****ing hat. I then went outside for a ***. I chatted to another bloke outside, finished the *** and then walked back in through the front door. Facing me were ALL the people in the pub with the same ****ing stupid hats on. I nearly dropped. It's a ****ing good job I wasn't on acid or mushrooms or it would have been cardiac arrest time

Like I said, you probably had to be there, but it was funny as ****. I saw the CCTV recording of it last night. My face was a picture

Same. They gave us Crimbo Eve off last year because it fell on a Monday. This year, they'll probably let us **** off at lunchtime. Other than Jonesey (for obvious reasons) who gives a **** about recruitment at this time of year?

 

We've got no one in today, one booking tomorrow and no one on Monday or Tuesday. The tenants in the building all finish this week too so pretty much on my own. I'll being ****ing off at dinner on Tuesday.
