Why would they? He was a petty thief that made other peoples lives a misery. Ever been robbed? It's not all fun and games.
erm... where the hell does OLM essentially defend him and say its ok? He just says he was technically a bit part player, which is true.
I know he doesn't defend him as such, but all who was on the robbery was to blame whoever it ws hit the poor bloke. They was all thieves that the media over time made them into summat else.
That one was a violent robbery by greedy scum. He had previous. He was a petty thief. Like I said, if you've ever been robbed you wouldn't think anything about it was petty.
I've never got to grips with the term 'petty' theft. Does it make it worse if there's less money? Is 200 thefts of £100 less than one a fraud of £20,000?
What struck me as amazing about the drama of TGTR( yep, I've just called it TGTR) tonight was the fact that I've got a pair of specs almost identical to those worn by Bruce Reynolds. I've got them on now in fact. Can't quite work out whether they make me look retro cool or a bit of a silly ****.
