I think he'll keep us up, at least I hope so, then he'll stay for one maybe two more seasons, then he'll move to a massive club.

I cant look past this season. If we do well then they will all be looking at him. Just enjoy every minute he is here. Saying that i reckon at least another 2 seasons.

I don't want to think about him leaving so I'm not going to vote. I think he's settled here so maybe he'll be happy to build us up for 5 years or so? It would be nice to keep a manager for a while for a change.

If we are successful then he will be successful and if so why wouldn't he stay and continue to build. What would success be ... Champions League qualification and ultimately the Prem title. We have a track record of building for almost ten years now; that's a process that should continue, must continue. We cannot become complacent or satisified with what we have achieved; we cannot just tread water or begin to stagnate .... history illustrates with us and other clubs that that is a recipe for disaster. Just because Rogers switched clubs he wouldn't be guaranteed anymore success than he could achieve with us. If we compensate him accordingly and stay true to our mission why wouldn't he stay. The big five or six clubs wouldn't look at him unless we are amongst them, because there are plenty of international candidates for them to choose from; and at this point it is only one of the top echelon of Prem clubs that would be of interest to him - at least if I were him (if only if).

Time will tell, but as long as he has the passion for the Swans and the club keeps its own passion then I could see him staying with us for quite a while.

I think another two or three years when he'll go to a bigger job. I can't see us sacking him at all and I'm sure he'll want to get a few years at one club under his belt after his Watford and Reading days.

Great post Yankee!!! I'm sick of seeing managers go after a season or two. It's time for us to have one with us for the long run!!! I hope BR is the man to do it!!!

Yes this is a sobering question, and one I've wondered about, I think if he keeps us up this season, we will be very fortunate, to get another season out of him, but a lot depends on how Rodgers has really settled here in Swansea, of course the plus side is that Swansea is a short flight to family and friends in Northern Ireland!...............

I'm hoping he stays for years to come. Not going to have a blind guess on how long i reckon he will stay. There is however no doubt that in the future he may get his head turned by a big club.

He's got us to the Prem, If he keeps us there for a couple of seasons then I think he deserves a crack at a top end Prem club

Hmmm. We have just got promotion, should we really be putting this question into our minds?

I'll take each season as it comes while we are in the PL. Obviousley I'd be devastated if he left, he's shown he is and will be a great manager. But for now, we are premier league and that's all I wish to think about. If he stays another 2, 3 seasons great. But honestly? I can't see him going anywhere.
