Do we have any youngsters on this forum? (Apart from Judo that is!) I've just turned 34, so I'd hardly classify myself as young. Where's the next generation of fans? Ps... Happy birthday Kilburn, and a belated one to you, DT!
That's a dodgy year to be stuck in Wubba, '77 for me. And I still reckon I could make the squad for Brazil if I dropped a couple of stone and borrowed someone else's knees. Nearly 53 is alright, much better than I would have expected at 25.
I don't know, it still seems brilliant to me - Live Aid, Miami Vice, Simple Minds, Back to the Future, Steve Wicks, Gary Bannister...... My 15 year old son shows a sporadic interest in watching the Rangers, maybe it'll become more important as he gets older
53 and a bit, 1 replaced hip, but other than that it's not so bad, however the years pass by quicker and quicker or is that just my imagination?
I think only 2 posters come across as possibly being kids but its been confirmed that at least one isnt. Both are trolls. No one else write in a barely intelligible way or uses text speak so its hard to know if we have any teenagers here, I think they all use WATRB!
Theres a scientific explanation for that, when you are 10, each year is 10% of your life, when you are 53, each year is 1.88% of your life so thats why a year or even a month to wait as a kid seems like an eternity yet years seem to flash by when you get old.
No worries mate , that's just the Alzeimers. A year or 2 forgotten here or there,it's Ok. I'm 65, hope that counts - we're supposed to go back to being babies as we get older. I know I used to love playing the marbles back then, but not just yet though!
