I can assure you that it does. Given that I've seen for myself what the opposite end of the spectrum looks like, so please don't go there, as I don't want to get into it. I think his obsessive behaviour can be attributed to it, but not the abusive comments. He must have reigned those in on the beeb or he'd have been banned, so that surely shows he can control that aspect of his behaviour.....
Having worked with autistic youngsters I can assure you it doesn't. Kids who lack any social skills at all, including speech, use computers to converse! He was banned on bbc more times than lettuce because he can't control those aspects of his behaviour.
Anyway as you say don't want to go into the autism thing any more. The condition is complex and if you have personal experience you'll know.
At the far end of the spectrum they can't even control their bowels, let alone use a computer ffs & as a supposed 'expert' I'd have expected you to know this.
