And to be my usual really boring, nit-picky self - I don't think it's fair the comments that matth has got - he's an autistic kid so at least has a valid excuse for his behaviour on here, unlike some
The autistic spectrum is vast. Given the fact that he's on here & can converse, would suggest he's at the lesser end of it. I'm not sure that it gives him a carte blanche excuse to act as he does.
If he chooses to use the forum, he obeys the forum rules like the rest of us obviously - but his autism means he displays the obsessive, repetitive behaviour and routines strain, anyone who used bbc606 had a full explanation. If he's abusive he gets told, but because of his condition, I personally give him leeway. Conversing on forums doesn't mean he's at the lesser end of it either.
To be fair jb if he posts or makes a thread that's fine but unless he's totally ignored and isolated there's gonna be mayhem, if someone stays on topic on his threads but is not agreeing with him he flips and starts the usual insults. The only way to keep him in check is to ban him from all club boards and allow him only access to the prem board under West Ham's. A bit harsh maybe but he could still create articles and could still post comments.
As I said, he has an excuse - what excuse do the rest of those who act like that have? It's not carte blanche to act anyway he wants as has been suggested, he follows the rules like everyone else but I give him leeway. Me peacekeeper. I even gave him a suggestion that he write his comments in a notepad before typing to give himself time to decide if they would cause **** for him and give him time to calm down, but no sooner had I posted it he had replied......"mong".
