Getting as bad as some of the "foriegn" leagues ... Jol, Clarke and now AVB - in the space of a week! Backed AVB with £100m and then punt him! Clarke got WBA to finish 8th last season ... Ok, Jol was ****e for Fulham!
Clarke amassed 38 points from the last 41 games or some ****, which is relegation form...he was always going to get the chop if they didn't start winning again. AVB is a difficult one. I like him but never seems to have a Plan B for when it isn't going his way. Still, to back him with 100m and then terminate his contract 15 games later is a bit ruthless. Hhowever, 6-0 away and 5-0 at home, are the sort of drubbings you can't ignore. Tony Soprano was **** at Fulham, but supposedly WBA are looking at him for the vacant position
After the debacles of Mark McGhee & Craig Brown, we finally get in a decent manager & now i'm hearing a few murmurs that West Brom could be after Derek McInnes. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/25388312
We all know Managers don't have to have a clue they only need to know how to speak bullshite and blame others.
Rodgers has them playing as a team , look at Spurs , they have better individuals after spending 120 million but as a team a complete shambles . Never rated Henderson but he stepped up a gear in the absence of Gerrard
They were all flukes. Anyway, I recon we should think seriously about moving for him to replace Lennon. Southampton moved for a better coach when he became available rather than waiting for the slump in form. This should be the way we work, nobody bats an eyelid when a better player replaces one performing well, it should be the same with managers.
Suarez is immense for them. Best player in the world at the moment. But that team performance yesterday was breathtaking.
