Anyone watch the Canadian Grand Prix today?

The onus is always on the overtaking driver to ensure no collision (unless defending driver deliberately caused collision). Alonso was simply going for the apex of the chicane, he had already given Button as much room as he could. Button caused the collision.

i was buzzing lol i couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing vettel fooks up and button storms passed after an amazing comeback

 

Not really. They were never going to win it and I was praying to god for a different race winner to Vettel but I was expecting a penalty for Button anyway even when he wasnt featuring at the front and was getting more and more surprised as the race went on that one wasnt given.

Maybe slightly biased in that I feel Schumacher's drive deserved a podium at least.

I'm normally a Vettel fan but Button clearly deserved that. I get so pissed off at Hamilton though...
Maybe you get more penalties because you cause 10 times as many accidents as anyone else you whining little bastard

 

I would agree Schuy deserved a podium, however the car wasn't quick enough.

Probably the first time this season Schuy has out-performed the car, would love it to continue but can't see it happening. Today was a unique race

 

But it might give Schumacher the little bit of belief that he can keep on pushing.
