Yer I think it was,could also buy the land behind the kop which would allow us to build up and around in the future if needed.

Amazing country to visit to be honest mate, first time I've been to the far east and it's just like a different world. Vietnamese are incredibly friendly and welcoming to Westeners too, which surprised me a bit considering what they went through with the war (even if we had nothing to do with it, we're usually lumped in with Americans!)
