Some of the '' challenges'' by the Villa players yesterday were bordering assault, how did they get away with it, Moyes was right to have a go at them in his press conference after the game as well.
As a very talented technical player, he's going to have to get used to that. The rest of his career people are going to try and kick him out of the game. He just has to deal with it, and to be fair he has so far.
You say this and when Suarez gets kicked in the chest you blame Suarez for getting a player sent off, do you not see the contradiction there?
No, you are saying that lesser fouls on Januzaj are a bad thing but Suarez getting assaulted was play acting to get someone sent off
Januzaj was not targeted v Villa, there were a few challenges but nothing nasty, he's a tricky player and that happens to tricky players cos they are so quick
You could always judge the players dismissal based on his actions instead of Suarez's, Paulinho could have pushed or tripped Suarez and get a yellow but he chose to stick his leg up at chest height with his studs showing knowing Suarez was heading in his direction after controlling the ball. It was a straight red intended and malicious foul and all that happened before Suarez went to ground, his own actions got him sent off regardless of how badly hurt our player was.
Januzaj should have won BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year award. He was robbed I tell you, boycott the BBC
Matth, Paulinho went in studs first and actually bent his leg to make contact, it was assault and a deffinate red card. Adnan gets fouled for the reason already given by Mano, he is quick and tricky and gets caught by clumsy defenders/midfielders.
