seems a bit silly if Levy has been interfering with who Spurs buy. yes fair enough his money, but Chelsea have made the same mistakes with Abramovic interfering (which has probably held them back being more successful than they would have been), only dif is Abramovic will keep pumping money in if needed and get rid of managers he deems not good enough, Spurs are not in a position to do that, so why not let the manager get on and do what he is paid to do and stop interfering. seems to be more and more owners interfering in club activities, unless it has always happened and just being highlighted more.
