Sorry to bother my fellow fans with my personal issues but I am trying to raise funds for my critically ill daughter. Please visit ErinField.org and help in any way possible. Many thanks. Your yorkshire lifelong QPR fan. Bobmid
All the best to you, Erin and your family Bob. Such sad news especially at this time of year. http://erinfield.org/ https://www.facebook.com/erinfieldlungtransplant https://twitter.com/SaveErinField
Blimey Bob, that's hard hitting. I sincerely hope it works out for you all. What sort of total do you need to raise? When do you need it by? Maybe an email to the club? Good luck mate, please keep us posted.
Id suggest anybody with a twitter account tweets the link to relevant players and club contacts. More of us do it, more chance of success. Good luck Bob
Sorry to be a pain Bob......cannot do it via PenPal...any other way of donating ( happy to donate directly with an address) Might be able to do some fund raising too...PM me
You're right Stan, I didn't mean to start a debate. I hope Erin gets the treatment she needs and makes a full recovery.
If only stroller. They are talking about withdrawing care. We have a very small chance with finding a transplant but where there is life there is hope. Nhs say she is not a candidate based on a point scoring system!!! It is heart breaking for us as a family. We have been primised great ormand street hospital all week only to be told they had rejected her at the beginning if the week. I appreciate all the support from fellow r's. I am not the most technically gifted so any letters or fund raising to the club would be brilliant. We have been living in the hospital for 10 days now and time is of the essence to get as many people aware as possible for the small chance of finding a surgeon to carry out this op but more importantly a donor for my little girl. Thank you guys.
That must be so hard, Bob. It would be great if the club/players would make a significant contribution. Stay strong.
