Are you sure this time? Don't want to use your 50:50 or phone a friend?

  3. I was sure last time, but was persuaded to "give him a chance" by the howls of derision I received from many of my fellow fans.

Avb was never right for the club.

    http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/164660-So-we-fired-Arry-for-this

Even back then it was obvious and yes with your Clown thread you was right, he has always been a complete clown, but because fans want to see the best in the clubs manager, we try and find positives, yet now there are none and not even his biggest supporter could defend him. (apart from PowerSpurs)!

The main man who needs to walk here is Levy!

So many seasons of **** decisions.

    1. Sacking Jol.
    2. Hiring Ramos.
    3. Selling Modric.
    4. RM 'partnership'
    5. Sacking Redknapp.
    6. Hiring AVB.
    7. Selling Bale.

He needs to man up and accept he is also to blame for this steaming pile of dog ****!

  7. No, he isn't. Our clown manager made him look good, today. You could have had "king" Kenny in charge and you would still have won.

He exploited AVB's only tactic - play a high defensive line.

Superior teams than Spurs such as Liverpool, will always beat you at that game. Especially as the twat has no plan B.

The fools who supported the AVB appointment should

    "Hang their heads in shame"

A step of vanity by our beloved wise chairman.
Supported by a faithful core that inflicted a year and half of torturous football.
    A dark age of crapness.

I'm not going to defend AVB today but if he is sacked it will be many years before any other manager knocks him off the top of the table of our best PL points per game average.

Over £130m spent and thats his record?
He pissed up a 7 pt lead for 4th place last season....he has made the same mistake soooooo many times this season....our worst league defeat in 17 yrs....our worst home defeat in over 17 years (both in 21 days) and being humilated 3nil by a west ham team that had no strikers and had not scored 2 goals in an away match for a year...15 goals scored in 16 games...
All bad but couple that with endless ****ing around with the team, blaming fans for poor home form and BORING BORING football

  13. You've just written Levy's letter for him, the one enclosing AVB's P45!

"His net spend is zero isn't it?"

Can we put this one to death now please ...

GROSS spend is a measure of the TALENT bought.
NET spend is a measure of how a club runs itself financially.

Net spend never scores a hat-trick or keeps a clean sheet.
100m odd of new talent incoming is not delivering as expected, more
than a third of the season in.

Nor can we ignore 100% lack of organisation with the back four looking like strangers only keeper and Walker played acceptable well

We sold our best but to end up with Naughton a barley acceptable div two player is unacceptable

I am not anti AVB but frankly he should go and go now

I never claimed other wise ... but **** me mate £130m in 18 months and we are this ****?
£130 m .... and 15 goals in 16 prem matches... our worst away defeat in 17 years , our worst home defeat in over 17 years in the last 3 weeks...both on live tv...and an endless stream of tedious football that bores everyone ****less...but hey ho net spend is good!
I expect tge money men to run my club properly and the manager to bring good football ... the money men did their job and avb has failed big time.
I have NEVER called for a manager to go... not ramos , bloke in a coat or even gross...but I have had enough of this turgid **** being dished up...**** winning...just play interesting football...and this bloke has spent a fortune on good players and delivers the worst football at tge lane in decades when you consider previous managers resources... pound for pound he is **** ... end of in my opinion

The problem I am having is the PL two steps forward one step back malaise.
At the moment it hasn't been too costly given the general results in the PL.
But we enter a very nasty 7 weeks where Spurs could be out of all domestic
silverware contention, and no chance of a CL slot.

Up to today, the PL season seemed to be following the pattern of last (key players
departing, assimilating newcomers into the remaining squad etc, stuttering season start) .
But again we have taken one step back with the team selection and performance today.

I don't think AVB looks up to it.
Going back to my NFL analogy, I think he would be an excellent (defensive) coach,
But as an overall football manager, sadly for him it seems not.
