I sit quite near the technical area and it was clear that he had a bug of some sort ,even his normal encouragement (swearing) at players/officials was not up to his normal standard.

 

He was not well. He looked like he should be in bed, and fair play to him for turning out on Saturday.

 

Be a bit of a bastard if he spread his bug around the players.

 

Why the frig is it called a technical area anyway? There's nothing technical about screaming for 90 minutes and throwing in a few random arm gestures.

 

If Brucie had the squits then he's done well to brave 90 minutes, in public, with no toilet close at hand.

Not sure I'd have that level of confidence in myself in that situation.

Mind you, Alex is quite happy to spew everywhere in full view of 25k people, so I don't suppose big Stevie's too arsed about a bit of brown watter down the leg.

 

Each half is only 45 minutes and anyway there will be a toilet close by if he needed one in a hurry.
