Who is suffering from a mixed bag of feelings so far this season? We are top of the league, kept god knows how many clean sheets and won away from home today with what on paper looks like a comfortable 0-2 scoreline but we still look so unconvincing sometimes. Was fortunate enough to see the game today and whilst it was a very good second half performance and first half was shocking. Our passing was terrible and on another day or against better opposition we would have been two or three down at half time. I know it's a sign of a good side to still get results when playing badly but feel I'm still waiting for us to produce some scintillating football and give someone a hiding. Leicester will undoubtedly by our sternest test yet and we will have to be at our best. Is anyone in agreement or have I completely lost the plot!

We've been getting good results when playing poorly all season, so we must be a very good side! Seriously though, it's baffling, just when we put in a decent performance we then revert to the rubbish, the table doesn't lie, or does it?...

Even though I love to see us top of the table I must admit that I do not get a lot of thrill watching the R´s these days. I guess it is a problem of my own that I dislike that sort of direction the club is going but then again it is nice that we are not a bottom club in the 2nd tier nor does the future look dull. We are putting on some football slighlty above average and are successful with it too so the direction must but right. I do have 1st Division football in my mind (many years back) and that was just what I liked - the last 2 seasons in the PL have been devastating / painful and I was even glad when it was over. I do not subscribe to the point of view that a new stadium will be the right choice nor do I see us being a top PL team in the near future - I would rather stick to the R´s of the 70s - 90s than being automatically converted into a Chelsea copycat.

I agree mate. We were luck to win today, could have been 2 Nil down at half time, and I didn't think we that good 2nd half though better when Kransjar came on.

You are far from the only one it would seem. Whats baffling is we have the best players in this league and a manager who's teams have, in the past, always played or tried to play fluid attacking football. I don't think we can underestimate the trauma of last season, losing so spinelessly so often, on the management team and even players who weren't there at the time. perhaps if we get a bit of a gap on the rest the fear will subside and the self imposed shackles fall off. Here's hoping.

Me too. It's nice to win, but nicer to do it with some style.

It'll be interesting to see if Harry plays 4-4-2 against Leicester next week, they have played 4-4-2 home and away up to now so will Harry match fire with fire?...

Harry has been paid a lot of money to get the job done and it may not be pretty at times but we are are far and away the best and classiest team in this league and ive no doubt we are certs to go up as champions. That's why we are shorts odds on with all the bookies to be champions and as a QPR fan of 34 years I actually agree with them. I did predict we would be champions 3 years ago before the season started and im even more confident this time around.

I think Swiss Tony has told Arry the only thing that matters is promotion. Hence we are a bit cagey - putting it mildly

I would love to see some Gigi De Canio or Warnock unfettered attacking madness but im sure ALL of us want promotion this season

I can tolerate the Henry / o'neill sideways boredom IF it gets us up and we then start putting some of the missing creativity back on the park

The seven matches or so ive been to the season have been on the whole, dull and unenjoyable

Can we not twonk someone properly just so i can savour it over a pint? Possibly Barnsley last match of the season??

On another day against better opposition we will get punished is true, but in this league luckily for us it doesn't exist.

I think we will stumble over the promotion line, but next season o dear.
