How predictable. 1 up at the half then drop back 2nd half to try and protect the lead.

Remy that was a horrendous finish, should have been 3 points. But I guess draw was fair result

Cisse is hopeless !! He done nothing when he came on !

It's not bad but being the home team and one up against an out of sorts Southampton, it is two points carelessly tossed away.

Today illustrates the big difference between the likes of us and Everton – they let Fulham back in but then kick on to claim the points comfortably.

Southampton are better than Fulham of course but they offered nowt first half and are finding matches on the road tough.

Had stupidly easy chances to win today and frankly held on for a draw...

An out of sorts Southampton that almost beat Man City last week.

Well that wouldn't have happened if Saints played like they did first half today!

Aguero would've run riot and they would have been buried. That's the point.

Although I know we're no Man City and Remy ain't no Aguero but still.

Easy chances to wrap it up squandered, 2 points dropped at home for a side where we find ourselves to be.

It's a bit of a case of you can't win em all today. It's a damn shame because had we won today we really would have had been on a fantastic run of form. I get to the occasional saint game as live this way and my mate is a season ticket holder. They are a consistantly good, very hard team to break down. They give everyone a hard game every week.

Thought a draw was a fair result. Remy should have won it for us though. I don't how much he missed it by but he should have buried it. Not a disaster but a bit of shame. We are desperate for a striker!!!

umm , I dunno thought we were the better team ..we shot ourselves in the foot I thought ..santon silly error for there goal .. simple pass oot to debuchy instead of trying to go forward ..even though we had about 4 offside ,not moving there backsides quick enough to get back on ..

    but cant win them all..

Thought we got too direct 2nd half. Not our way of playing this season. First half we mixed it up and got it right. They were reeling and Shola was a problem for them. I didn't mind us sitting back a little 2nd, but then we lumped it and gave away too much possession. It let them have a 20min spell where they got on top. Good side though so I think its a decent point.

I know Soham play decent football but I felt we gave them far too much respect and were content to sit back and let them have the ball. Doing this allows a team to build confidence which Soham got in bucket loads and we struggled in the 2nd half. Saying that Remy really should have sewed it up for us so overall a point was welcome.
Have grave concerns over Cisse, to say he has no confidence is an under statement but what infuriates me is the number of times he gets caught offside. Can he not look along the line when we start an attack? I say get rid in January and get a more aware forward in the January window.
