in recent games away i honestly thought this was the one,when you see the chances pass by it just gives you that terrible feeling the other side is going to score
i had that feeling like but did not dare say it while the match was on, if they had nicked it 1-0 after that display I would have cried, but they didnt and we closed the gap, albeit not by the 3 we dreamed of but we still closed the ****er. Cant remember what thread Byrons was titled but i know i would take our remaining fixture list than any of the 10 teams directly above us
i was ****ting myself mate, it had them scoring against everything that had gone before it written all over it - they didnt - thats a turn of fortune for me
19 shots we had, The final balls were poor but at least they were there. Up till today there's been very little final balls all season so there's progress. Just need to polish it to give the striking player a better contact, too many times we had to turn away from goal in the box. But like I said the ball was in the opposition box on a regular basis and that represents a massive improvement for me.
This destroys the myth that Sunderland always **** up ............ I'm looking at flights now after that performance. At this rate I won't leave enough money to bury mesel. Never mind, the kids will have to ****ing fork out

the stats read like that but we hardly kicked their arses ,we gained a point away and a clean sheet,i would rather have another two points and let the home side keep the worthless stats, it just highlights the problem ,BUT on another day they could all go in , thats footy
