I've backed this French horse Gemix in the last - seems friendless in the market though

Me too unfortunately - how I wish AP had been aboard it - he must have covered 2 furlongs more than the others <steam>

EDIT: You said it far more succinctly than me <laugh>

He's unbeaten in four races, two bumpers and two hurdle races, trained by Willie Mullins he sure has classy hurdlers with Annie Power and Hurricane Fly!

More Of That won cosily in the finale at Cheltenham, guess he'll go for the Neptune, can't see him running in the World Hurdle as the owner's likely to run At Fisher's Cross and More Of That is still a novice. But can see him winning at the Festival in either the Neptune or Albert Bartlett.

The French horse (GEMIX) ran a totally puzzling race. To be honest, as much as I love Solwhit, the form of that World Hurdle was utter nonsense last year anyway. In fact the form of it for a while- Grands Crus et al have hardly gone and backed it up have they.

Nailed my colours to his mast the day he won at Chelts.

    And I'm still confident :D

World Hurdle form utter nonsense? Interesting view, I thought Celestial Halo run alright the last day against At Fishers Cross. But it's all about opinions...

Triumph Hurdle form is usually not good enough to win a Champion Hurdle but Our Conor can buck that trend, I've never seen a more impressive winner of the Triumph but the 2014 Champion will be stronger than last season's IMO, Willie Mullins likely to run Hurricane Fly (doubt he'll win 2014 renewal, off the bridle a long way from home before winning 2013 Champion) and Annie Power or Un De Sceaux (will he run all three?), plus of course there's The New One.

Yeah but that's if you take the view that At Fishers Cross was right on the day.

Monksland to destroy the lot of them <laugh>

Talking of Solwhit and Monksland, have we heard about any reappearances?

I know Solwit was mooted up as a possible for the Hatton's Grace a couple of weeks back. I'd suspect he could show up at Leopardstown where he'd face off with the wondermare that is Annie Power. Would seem a suitable race for Monksland too but ain't heard anything about him for a while.

They still all have The Fly to beat no matter how impressive TNO was today- he beat a good yard stick in Zarkandar but beating him wont win you the Champion Hurdle if Hurricane comes to march and puts in the performance last year he will still be very hard to beat. Plus he wears his heart on his sleeve he loves a fight and wnt back down the rest of the field, have to prove themselves in a showdown

The New One is the biggest Champion Hurdle jailcase ive ever seen, even more so than a prime Hurricane Fly was the year he won his first because hes proven at the track.

8/1 was without a shadow of a doubt, the bet of the jump season.

My Tent was class at Newcastle and will be class at Kempton if he runs there, hes a flat track speed horse, wont get near The New One up the hill. Hurricane Fly is past his best, absolutely no doubt about it and Our Conor has beat nothing, Jezki is a better horse going right handed and was well beat in the Supreme, hard to see him reversing the form with My Tent.

That race is done and dusted, just hope The New One gets there on the day, hes got too many gears and too much heart for My Tent, Our Conor wont be able to cope with him and only Hurricane Fly at his very best would be able to challenge him. Cheltenham is not Hurricane Flys track, despite him winning two Champions.

Just hope the race lives up to the hype. For viewing purposes hope we see a number of them with chance going over the last and one of them winning by a head/ Short head.
