    Not been drinking in town for a while but I'm almost sure most of the pubs will have the game on.

    The Adelphi always used to have the games on.

    The "clubs" in the gate sometimes have matches on as well.

    Most comfortable pub I've watched a Newcastle game in is that pub near the Gateshead interchange.

    No... I can't remember the name but it's the one you go passed on the bus on the way to the interchange... It's like 2 mins away. It has benches and umbrella stands outside. Looks like the sort of place Sunderland supporters would crawl under, but when you get inside it's pretty spacious and welcoming... #ButenoughaboutDT.

    That's the one, hadn't seen your last post.

    Just along the road from St. Josephs.

    From St.Josephs' to St. James' is about another 25 minutes.

    Tis indeed. I know someone who lives near the Globe, so on matchdays we'd head down through the gateshead pubs to the Toon. The Gloucester was the most classy <laugh>

    Pards was completely right when he said at the start of the season all our team needed was a couple of wins. It's all about confidence.

    Eff me that was skilly from Anita. You know you have a player when your defensive midfielder is doing that. Shola busting a gut to get there too. Great stuff.

    so we'll probably lose then.

    Last 15 mins ..had S'hampton reeling ..gotta capitalize on it ..be a good day to break the ..only scored 2 goals in a game ..thang

    deboosh winning everything in the air, Tiote back to the midfield battleship, Anita great skills and pullback (even if no one was there)...bloody hell goof turning up at right back ... ..Its looking really good atm ...
